CHOSEN COLOUR KBC02
LIME GOLD BASECOAT OVER SG101 LEMON YELLOW BASECOAT. WITH
SMALL AMOUNT OF IP04 ICE VIOLET PEARL
BIKE
Stage 1
Prior to sanding please degrease with KC10 Wax and Grease
remover. If you are applying direct to any Bare Metal, Fibreglass
or Polyester. Mix KP2CFAQ Kwikure Epoxy Primer Part A 1:1
with KP2CFBQ Kwikure Epoxy Primer Part B. Apply 1: 3 coats
to all above areas for adhesion. Sand down when dry with 180
grit Disc and then finish with 240 grit Disc.
Stage 2
KS10 Ko-Seal White Metallic Primer Sealer. Mix 4-1-1 with
KU100 catalyst and RU311 medium reducer. Apply 1-2 single
coats to all areas. Leave to dry for 2-3 hours. If left any
longer dry nib with 800 dry disc or abralon pad.
Stage 3
BC26 White Basecoat mix 2-1 with RU311 Reducer. Apply 3-4
single coats over all Ko-sealed areas. You can wet nib between
coats 2 and 3 if required. Leave to stand for 30-40 minutes
after last coat.
Stage 4
SG101 Lemon Yellow Mix 2-1-1 with RU311 medium reducer. Apply
3-4 single coats over BC26 White Basecoat. You can nib between
coats 2 – 3. You must then leave to dry for around 1-2
hours.
Stage 5
KBC02 Lime Gold Basecoat mix 2:1 with RU311 medium reducer.
Apply 3-4 coats over the SG101 Lemon Yellow Basecoat. Then
please leave to dry for 1-2 hours.
Stage
6
Mix SG150 Intercoat Pearl & Flake Karrier 1:1 with RU311
medium reducer. Then please add 1 level teaspoon full to every
½ mixed pearl and reducer. Then apply 1-2 coats over
the KBC02 Lime Gold Basecoat depending on your desired effect.
Then again leave to dry for 1-2 hours.
Stage 7
UFC19 Komply Klear. Mix 2-1-1 with KU150 Exempt and RU300
Voc exempt reducer. Apply 3 single coats and leave to dry
for 3 days or low bake for 1 hour at 600 C.
De nip with 800 grit wet/dry and polish with Meguiars solo
one liquid system.

2 X QT UFC19 KOMPLY KLEAR
1 X GAL RU310 FAST REDUCER
1 X QT RU300 VOC EXEMPT REDUCER
1 X QT KU150 EXEMPT CATALYST
1 X HP KU150 EXEMPT CATALYST
